Salons Showcase Solutions To Climate Change in Aveda’s
Earth Month 2004

For the third year in a row, Clean Air-Cool Planet is teaming up with the Aveda™ corporation for their annual Earth Month awareness-raising campaign. Throughout the month of April, Aveda salons, spas and Lifestyle Stores worldwide will be holding special events or campaigns to educate their staff and guests about climate change, and to raise money for Aveda’s Earth Month partners. Clean Air-Cool Planet will be working with the Aveda network in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic around these efforts. Check out the listings below to find out what is going on in YOUR area…

Did You Know?

In 2002 Aveda’s Earth Month initiative helped save 105 million pounds of carbon dioxide from reaching the atmosphere, thanks to their “Take Action” pledge card campaign. The company also raised $720,000 in April 2002 to donate to organizations (including CA-CP) working to help stop climate change.
