Like completing a greenhouse gas inventory with the Campus Carbon Calculator™, Charting Emissions from Food Services (CHEFS) will require you to gather specific campus data in order to use it. This data may be stored in different offices, may be recorded in different formats, or may not currently be tracked in any systematic fashion at all. So in order to make use of CHEFS when it is released later this summer, you’ll want to begin preparing now.
