Connecting on Best Climate Change Practices
Last winter, Fredericton, New Brunswick, officials Chris Macpherson and Kip Fullarton traveled to Portland, Maine, as part of CA-CP's cross-border exchange, where they learned about Portland's environmental initiatives.
